Project timeline

What the first four weeks actually look like

  1. Week 1

    Get everyone in one room

Kickoff, constraints, and a shared list of what we are not doing. That last one saves the most time.

A long wooden table under a pendant lamp in a loft kitchen, with black chairs
  2. Week 2

    Wireframe the whole flow

Every screen sketched at low fidelity, so gaps in the flow surface before anything looks finished.

A blue pencil resting on a sheet of wireframe sketches
  3. Week 3

    Build the real screens

Layouts move into the file and start carrying real content. Real content changes decisions, so it arrives early.

A laptop on a wooden desk showing a website page with a headline and a photo of a modern building, beside a black mug and a phone
  4. Week 4

    Review, refine, hand over

A full walkthrough with the team, then a clean handover with the reasoning written down beside the work.

A white meeting table with black chairs in an office with tall windows onto trees
